John has 35 years of expertise leading survey crews, conducting courthouse research, providing right-of-way plan development, and managing survey schedules and budgets for roadway and bridge improvements. John specializes in topographic and control surveying for roadway and bridge improvements, as well as boundary and site surveying for commercial developments and utility improvements. He is ODOT prequalified in Complex R/W Plan Development.
